NOTICE UNDER OPEN MEETINGS ACT PORT COVINGTON COMMUNITY BENEFITS DISTRICT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY:
In accordance with Article III, Section 3 of the Bylaws of the Port Covington Community Benefits District Management Authority (the “CBDA”), and the Open Meetings Act, NOTICE is hereby provided that a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the CBDA will take place on May 18, 2026 at 9:00 am at 321 E Cromwell Street, 1st Floor conference room.
An agenda will be posted on the website of the CBDA at the following URL: www.baltimorepeninsulapartnership.org (the “CBDA Website”) prior to the meeting. In addition, all subsequent notices required by the Bylaws or otherwise, will be posted on the CBDA Website, including notices of meetings of the Board and any other meetings subject to the Open Meetings Act.
